Quiet Operation
The unique design of air end which adopts double casing minimizes the noise during air compressing process. The Silencer and Sirocco fan were simulated by air flow analysis before manufacturing, which reduce air friction noise remarkably. Casing inside is covered with high density sound absorbing material for the reduction of sound level. Also a unique quick venting valve which is designed for eliminating unloading noise is installed.

High Efficiency Motor
Specially ordered high efficiency electric motors have been adopted for BUMACOMPRESSOR Air Compressor. Especially for increase efficiency, we've adopted frequency conversion motor which is controlled by loading/unloading. The latest knife edge technology with exclusive design is adopted for BUMACOMPRESSOR’s new Screw Rotors, and through the precision machining and grinding process, the rotor sealing is improved and optimized for high efficiency. The material of rotor is high strengthened special steel which characteristics are durability and very least deformation. Cooling System
Air flow design for cooling system can be sustain canopy inside temperature as a good condition, and make compressed air exhaust temperature as stable. Through the high temperature test in the laboratory assuming severe condition, it verified for normal operating condition.
The detachable cooling fan and motor ensure stable operation even the circumference temperature reaches 50'C. The compressor models equipped 110kW motor or more, it equipped combined cooling system for air cooling and oil cooling so that the weight can be less, and maintenance time and cost can be reduced.
By adopting plate fin cooler which equipped aluminum plate fin can be reduced flow resistance and be increased cooling efficiency..

Centrifugal Fan Blower for cooling
Revolution speed of 6p electric motor is relatively low compare to 4p motor, hence the noise is reduced and the cooling efficiency is increased. Further more it's composition is so simple as to make maintenance free.

Energy Saving Intake Valve System

Air Filter
Air filter prevent dusts and impurities infiltrated to the rotor, and it secure lubrication oil from contamination, thus it play an important role for smooth operation of compressing system, i.e., it directly affects to lubricating oil, air end, oil-air separator, and electro magnetic valve. Because fine dusts are invisible, when inferior and cheap filter element isused then very small particles of dusts accumulated in the room of air compressing system rapidly, as there sult it occurs severe damage of rotating parts.
BUMACOMPRESSOR has adopted filter element with two stage processed high guality material for ensure clean air intake.

Energy Saving 1:1 Direct Driving with Soft coupling
There is a set of soft coupling between electric motor and air end for efficient power transmission of driving The coupling is reliable, and has the function of smooth connection of motor axis and air end axis, and reduces the shock load induced by starting torque.

Convenient Maintenance of Belt Transmission
BUMACOMPRESSOR's another design is adopting belt driven air compressor follow power model. The advantages of these models are easy adjusting of compressing pressure and overload protection. Sealing of shaft can be simply replaced, thus it reduces maintenance time and cost.

3 Steps of Oil and Gas Separation System
Step 1
It is gravity separation by vortex wind flow in the separator tank.
Step 2
Air and oil are separated by hitting on the bottom part of separator wall.
Step 3
As compressed air is going through ultra-fine filter element, it can be obtained clean air that the oil contents are less than 2 PPM.

Lubrication Oil
BUMACOMPRESSOR has adopted 'Super Cooling Oil’ for lubrication of air compressing system. The advantages of super cooling oil are less oil contents in compressed air, less temperature rising due to its outstanding heat conduction capability, and thus improve reliability and efficiency. Furthermore carbon and hydrogen are not contained in this oil so that the inner part of air compressing system can be eliminated oxidation and can be extended operating time longer.
